:: AS400/RPG Senior Software Consultant (Systems Analyst)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze, design, coordinate, and supervise development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems.
• Contribute to or monitor the delivery of projects by doing system analysis and design, coding moderate to complex program modules, reviewing data models, designing architecture for software systems, designing appropriate testing methodologies, preparing and reviewing system and user documentation
• Assist Project Manager in compiling and keeping to project plans by providing relevant and timely information pertinent to the project.
• Proactively identify potential issues, risks and/or subsequent business opportunities and inform the project manager.
• Provide inputs for scope of work and duration estimates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in programming in AS400 RPG III/RPG IV.
• Knowledgeable in RPG ILE, CL, DB2, SQL.
• Finance or credit card background is a plus.
• Demonstrate good concept and hands-on experience in system development methodology and life cycle.
• Should be amenable onshore assignment.

:: Associate Software Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Applicants must be available and willing to undergo entry-level training program by April 1, 2013
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City.

:: Corporate Planning Officer

This position shall report to the President and shall be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating programs and targets to realize the company mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitates the review of the company mission and make necessary changes for 2013
• Assesses market conditions.
• Understands customer needs and demands.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates strategic business plans in view of target markets, product development and support service issues in coordination with the Department Heads.
• Facilitates strategic planning activities in the department levels
• Develops, implements and tracks relevant performance management system, report card to track metrics, corporate performance strategy and implementation.
• Evaluates performance and highlight areas of attention to the Executive Office in a timely manner.
• Provides secretariat support during management meetings
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other fields with equivalent experience.
• Must have at least five years of relevant working experience, preferably in corporate planning/development or business analytics.
• Must have relevant working experience in project management, including plan development, team management, delivery, deployment.
• Can communicate well both in English and in Japanese/Nihonggo in the Business Level.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications

:: Legal Counsel

This position shall report to the Corporate Services Division Manager and shall have the responsibility to provide legal counsel to the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves as the in-house legal counsel.
• Prepares and reviews corporate /business documents such as, but may not be limited to, affidavits, sworn statements, internal policies, lease agreements, employment-related contracts to ensure compliance to all legal requirements
• Keeps abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates.
• Interprets laws, rulings and regulations for the corporation
• Provides legal protection and risk management advice to management
• Provides training to company and its affiliates on substantive legal topics.
• Ensures implementation of HR Policies, conduct of coaching and counseling sessions (as necessary), and issuance of disciplinary actions.
• Facilitates implementation of employee separation procedure.
• May represent the company in any legal negotiations or court actions, if any.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of Bachelor of Laws or its equivalent course (Juris Doctor).
• At least 3 year-5 years related professional experience gained from private or government practice.
• Preferably 1-4 yrs experience specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of the requirements of law on contracts, legal compliance, general corporate law and litigation.
• Must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.

:: Department Manager

Job Objective:

The Department Manager shall be responsible for building and developing a systems development department. The position shall also be responsible for providing general supervision and technical guidance to the department and drive actions to ensure that all products and services are delivered according to the client’s expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery Management

• Leads and manages the department to deliver the products and services according to mutually agreed specifications with clients, on time, and on budget.
• Manages risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Maintains workload plans, optimizes resource utilization and allocation.
• Maintains the department’s budget and keeps costs to the minimum.
• Communicates expectations, updates, and challenges to relevant team members
• Provides timely and relevant reports on project progress to Management.

People Management

• Mentors and motivates the department by encouraging communication within the department, setting individual targets and measuring performance.
• Develops and implements training plans for staffs in coordination with the Human Resources Department

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar discipline with good academic records.
• Must have at least 10+ years of software development experience.
• Must have exceptional people management and leadership skills demonstrated over five years of formal experience in software development team management.
• Preferably with experience in the Financial or Credit Card Industry.

:: Technical Recruiter

This role shall be responsible for IT talent pipeline creation using a variety of sourcing methods and implementation of full life cycle recruitment. This role shall also provide value-add through analysis of sourcing trends and identification of new and innovative recruiting methods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Defines and understands position requirements through consultation with hiring managers to ensure proper candidate suitability.
• Sources for and maintain networks with candidates using a variety of innovative techniques.
• Screens candidates by conducting skills testing, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinates interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepares and reports metrics to Management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Provides effective strategies in hiring more resources.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must have at least three years working experience in recruitment in the IT industry.
• Can communicate well in the English Language.
• Able to maintain efficiency and composure during challenging times.

:: Senior Software Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers technical components such as development, bug-fixes, documentation and customization for in house credit card system and other financial application.
• Writes code according to specifications given by supervisor.
• Delivers work results for unit testing, integration testing, system testing and implementation on assigned tasks.
• Performs planning, design and analysis on current and future requirements.
• Translates user requirements into technical requirements.
• Provides support and maintenance for production applications.
• Participates in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other fields with equivalent experience.
• Must have at least five years experience in programming using Java, J2EE, Web technologies, and Java Frameworks, EJB, MS SQL, Spring, Struts, Hibernate.
• Must have at least five years experience in using Redhat Linux Operation System.
• Must have at least two years experience in Oracle Database (DML, DDL, DCL).
• Must have at least two years experience in Server, OS, Middleware installation and configuration.
• Experience in the Financial Industry, specifically with Credit Card Systems is a plus.
• Experience in Fraud Monitoring Systems applications is an advantage.
• Must have good understanding of the concepts and hands-on experience in system development methodologies and life cycle.

:: Senior Software Consultant (JAVA)
